Make a list of what you checked to see if you didn't overlook something..

everything checked ... i got them yesterday and left to sleep,woke up and they are gone...well its not the first time this happened to me so i am kinda used to it..

checked everything,mod souls,equipment,acessories,ruri'ro hogyoku,treasure,stones,hollow soul map,zanpakuto,don't know what else...

did you upgrade your hogu stones with pills?
that gives a huge boost to bp but is temp, and when refresh page it goes down a bit.

my lost bp was dueto not switching my active mod soul back to highest one, after i feed one i level up

Might've been a rank loss or when you feed an hoyouku, an hogyouku pill it'll boost your stats temporarily.
