When to switch from skill 4 to skill 10?

So far I'm level 77. Both skills are at level 9. And I have 21192 physical attack. I tend to lose more in PPV specially against kido users when I use skill 10 because I can't kill their support in one hit, then I end up getting stunned before I can finish off their team. It doesn't help that kido mains run through my vanguard fairly easily. I was thinking either focusing on giving my main strength stones, or possibly giving my main and/or vanguard wisdom stones since they only have 9000 strategy defense. My team right now is Main, Renji, Sajin, Momo and Rukia. I'm hoping to get Ikkaku and Urahara when I hit 80. Any suggestions on when it should be generally safer for me to start using skill 10 over skill 4?

If you use skill 4, unless you have a ton of attack you wont last long because you will have to deal with vanguard first then asaulters then supports and by that time your assaulters would be wiped, unless you have tough asaulters.  I'd suggest leveling up your 10th skill a lot more, like around 20.  You won't onehit supports with skill 10 at level 9.  If you have trouble with supports, try getting yoroichi and make her fast so that you can stun supports.  

If you're weak against kido users, you can get kido def hogyoku and level it up, some wis stones and reinforcing kido equipment.
