Mods inherit on SWP partners

I know Burak got message from Gogames about, when you upgrade partner thats completely new partner and nothing is inherit..
But friend of mine just tried on renji, he moded 1 star and when he upgraded star remained
So how can that be i wonder

probably because Burak got bad info. If levels and fragments stay why wouldn't mods.

yes and that theory was proven wrong, the mod will stay, the support meant the mod is different because it has different values. Misunderstood the meaning from the support.
