I just got it, opened/used it, it says I obtained one mighty or almighty mod soul fragment.   now it wont show up in bag. trying to figure out what it's to

it's used for modification to replace any modify fragment for example you have 31 yoruichi mod frag and you need 1,that almighty mod fragment counts as one

so basically ( and I don't want no political arguments)  it's like a Stem cell?    Like I need a Liver and with stem cell research they can use a stem cell and create/clone a liver for me?
