cute inoue in joint taks costs around 7k gold, the good part there is you can buy 7k gold of stones n get her also. yeah about d rukia in map it's around 3.5k gold little more if you wanna clear some achievements.
Inoue was in Joint Task the last 2 times, not sure if she'll be there again anytime soon. She also has a chance of appearing on UBP.
I'd definitely recommend getting Inoue over D.Rukia because of the block and the better stats in general.
