Ulquiorra worth evolving, really?  I've seen few people getting him, that's why I'm so curious why he was added to the list.  I've seen very few people actually getting him, I'd expect maybe panthera grimmjow, nel gamuza, CSB kenpachi and aizen, and maybe daikuren toshiro.  

Ulquiorra confuses me a bit. And why not evolve kisuke?  He makes my team T1 with some fury stones, so he's very valuable to me.

Nice job. This is a nice list only thing I would change in it is Starrk.
I would put him to mid VIP due to need of high stones on him.

However this all can change in a couple of month (red reshi in tavern)
We will seen what they are planning to add, It would be nice to get something new like Juma Bach or whatever his name is, or 0. Squad. We could hvae a new healer with heal all skill.
