KOMAMURA!!! Why do people ask this? It's always komamura except for high vip players that have tons of high lv spirit stones for shinji, That's the right answer!

Shinji if you have Hyorinmaru, Senbonzakura, or Tensa Zangetsu.
Komamura if other Zanpakutos.

neither go for level90 vangaurd keep your vangaurd same till level 90s and change supporters and assaulters if you want
