Hey anyone having problems with making ulquiorra coupons appear? I'm level 90 and ive reset the shop list and he's not appearing. Is this a usual bug? If so how can i fix it?

I dont know if its in all SWP partners, but Aizen coupons appears in lv 111 so i guess Ulquiorra coupons will appear at lv 91.
