arena dont working for me

I'm US 1 Server guy.if i click arena, just freeze at black screen.
so i cant get arena chest or slave.

this problem is very annoying please someone help me

i did clear cookies and cache, log on other browser(internet explore, chrome, etc.), or using other platform like android or laptop, but i cant join arena.
