can't recruit shin hitsugaya

for some odd reason, as the title says I can't recruit  toshiro. as you can see i have 160 coupons and yes, i am past lvl 70.
i'm not sure why but please someone tell me what I'm doing wrong or something

even if you have the coupons you still need reishi to recruit him. the SWP partners work as tavern partners but with a few more steps to each one. for renji you need 50 purple reishi and for grimmjow you need 200 gold reishi and so on so on. what ever it is. SWP and tavern partners you will need reishi no matter what.

well that's weird... i didn't need any reishi for grimmjow when i recruited him

cuz you probably had some reishi without knowing you had it.
