Hogu have just Lv1 to 10, what are you talking about?
Hogu doesn't JUST have Lv1 to 10.
Hogu has Lv30-140 Level Req to equip them
The "Lv1 to 10" you are referring to is the "Quality" of the Treasure, not the actual Level requirement to wear them.
Nvm, i just opened a Lv9 Hogu Box, even though the description says Lv130, as long as you have a gold partner, you can use it.
the Lv130 just means that you can get it at Lv130 Trial (the free way).
Btw i just heard that all the trials starting lvl90 gives same hogu lvl5
so yeah based on that lvl9 is a freaking op one, i got a lvl6 from zodiac stuff at early stages, my main was not even yellow at the time, when i did put it i got a freaking extra boost, btw u get random one better have kept that hogu converter they gave us,
i converted my stamina Lv9 Hogu to Str, thank god i kept it >_<
and i'll have to check on that myself after i become Lv100, i'm Lv85 atm, it'll take me 1 month to get to lv100 i guess... since i dont vit bank...
