I'm being demoted

I'm stuck on 5th division Lieutenant, every time i am able to upgrade the rank to captain, after midnight I'm back down to Lieutenant status.

when you hit 5th captain you get a daily deduction of prestige of 5000.

tip...   once you can get promoted...  don't.  save for a few more days!!  that way when you get your deduction you don't get demoted.  you have a stash of prestige to use while you earn more!!
