Battle Power Event

So today ended first set of Cool Events in EU 180 and I was rank 5 for the last 30min of the event. When server resetted, I didn't get Rank 5 Battle Point rewards. I made sure that I was rank 5 not 6 just before reset and it didn't come. Level-up rewards and Top Guild rewards did, but BP Rank didn't. I'd like an answer and possible solution to this.

Someone probably got rank 5 and u didnt notice it. Because battle power ranking does not change right away that caught u unoticed

I cheched 1 min before reset and I was still rank 5. Half hour before and even now almost 12 hours later I am still rank 5

I WAS ON RANK 17 on 18 hours(server-time), at 00:00 I still was 17.. ANd nothing... 05:00 nothing, now I already rank up. (07/25/2015)
