I have a need for a convert talisman, but have no idea how to get one. Any one have an idea. I know that it can be obtained through some events. But, is there a way i can get one now? with the current events as is?

i got only 2 trough the whole game, or should i say only two in an year or more. i beleilve it was treasure map. it was pure luck, and i never saw that they we're on sale anywhere. my advice move on
