Should I spent my points on getting minazuki rather than lvl 7-6 spirit stones?

I STILL SAY GET THEM. CAUSE YOU WILL CONTINUE (DEPENDING ON YOUR ACTIVITY) TO GET STONES FROM RYOKA ATTACK. BUT THIS EVENT COMES ONCE IN A WHILE AND WHO KNOWS. GOGREED MIGHT NERF IT (I.E. STOP IT).

Well my lvl 30 minazuki got same speed and attack with lvl 80 shijni. They are worth, but depends on how much vit u gonna spend
