Seretei defence - infinity time of loading

As title say when I try enter event it say it's loading some stuff and bar stay forever at 0%. And my chat glitching too putting all msg on top of it even if it mean overlap 2 or more diff msg.



Anyone can come with any helpful advice. And please not post about try another browser, clearing cache/history as it not changed anything. Even using diff computer giving me same thing so it's probably not due to comp I using to play.
