How can I use these high level evolution on my gold partners?

if you're asking how to use the fragments, some partners will use evo items that come from forging fragments together. Say Kommamura needs a yukio game , system fragment, you collect 10 yukio game system fragments(from personal instance , guild instance, or shop) and then go to Kommamura and click synthesize. A evo item will be created, you then put that on your partner

Thanks! That really helped a lot, but may I ask how you know which partner need which fragments? For example, how did you know that Kommamura needs a yukio game?

Go to Evolution, and click on the evolution picture. You can hover your mouse over each part of the Evo tree and will tell you want you will need to get there.
