Guys is there any extra receiving of golden reshi for vip players

i was doing janken for golden reshi at level 80 tavern some people are saying they are recieving over 18-48 golden reshi are you guys talking about one attempt or number of attempts.
i might recieve maximum 18 golden reshi if i win on three who are having 6 skulls each on one for three people in janken.

these are my janken partners giving golden skulls is everybody having the same amount skulls in the janken or even more for vip players i was confused help me here


if all have the same how in some people in one turn get more than 18??
