Why isn't tank Ikkaku any good?

i think he is really good, however the catch is he is extremely expensive. you need 300 contracts, 10 contracts are 950g. 30 sets of 950 is 28,500 gold, with that much you can get someone/thing that's way better then him. i happened to get 12 contracts from tasks, if i manage to get 300 ill grab him, but thats gonna take a long ass time unless i specifically roll for purple only on them and that might turn out to be even more gold then actually buying the contracts

you can, but it would take absolutely forever to get that much, even with the 19k for playing a whole year

In my opinion he is strong, but very very very expensive and taking kinda long, my smurf is trying to grab him
