Puzzle Event for Kenpachi Titel

Hi Team and Com, (sry for my bad English)

i have Top Up 3200 Gold. The Puzzle Event need 2500 Points for get the Reward for Kenpachi Titel and 1 Point=1Gold But i only can get the rewards for 900 Gold not more so pls i need Help.......

oh the "support" button is just for show they don't really have support team nor do them care so you're wasting your time

It needs 8k gold
for 1st piece you need 100 points
for second you need 200
but if you top up 200 gold it doesn't mean that you'll have 2 pieces, you'll have just 1st
for 1st - 100 gold, for second - another 200 gold
so, for 2 pieces you need 300 gold
for 3 - 600 gold
for all 9 - 100+200+300+400+600+900+1100+1900+2500 = 8k

( at the top stay 1Gold = 1 Point, for the last reward i Need 2500 Points so i think that i need 2500 gold....)
