I really want this set and i want to ask you, where is the best to get it if in Lucky turnable or is there otehr event with this set? Thanks

Do you mean the weapon set or do you intend to spend gold on accessories?  The thunder set is an accessory set and it is pointless to spend gold on it, just wait until level 80.
