yeah it's luck driven at most, maybe you should set up yourself for better stones as such as well as partners (You have GREAT ones, but going for gear isn't exactly great, especially paying for it, unless it's end game gear ^^ )

i want to finish at least my yama set, he need only 4 pieces, then i will focus on getting some rly usefull like stones, starwishes was a great place to get stones (in ranking thing)... but is gone.... feeling sad about it

well you could possibly get the 4 pieces left (Even then, having the 4 pieces bonus alone is great enough, damage rate isn't too concerning to miss out to spend a heap amount of gold for)

So if you know you're going to miss out on gaining the last 2 pieces out of 4 in total, just stop there, it's fine as it is

My advice is just continue to get one piece each time it comes around. I mean, it's here every 2 weeks or so. That way you don't have to worry about not having enough gold for it. If you get lucky and get 200 points free over the course of the event, then maybe get a 2nd pieces that round.
