help for formation

Hey guys. i need some advice about formation.  

i am playing  1-3-1  now but i will do it  2-2-1.   

my main : Kido
Tank : toshiro hitsu
Assault : İssin Krosaki and  shinigami yoruchiSupport : Bankai Rukia
Now its good for pvp i can kill everyone with just rukia. but hollow map i cant kill espada 2.  i dont want use yoruchi its looking useless. i want 1 more support.  İ want to know what is  the best support with rukia ?  Shinso gin ,  Aizen , retsu unohara =?  
For tank  later i take Kenpachi or True shikai ichigo  but i dont need tank now. first i need very usefull  support for this team.shinso gin is looking awesome but he gives 25 furry. i dont have any fury character. retsu unohara looking good with hollow map i am confused
ps: my lvl 82. need 2-3 month to take aizen    so i need other advices
Also i have tensa zangetsu. it gives %25 speed for support but not demage. For bankai rukia i need muramasa or tensa is good ?
