hi guys. i just wanna ask what lvl to redeem shin ulquiora coupon in hueco mundo?
im lvl 90 and vip 6 . i cant redeem him why? its says lvl 80 right?

Kenny opened up at 100, so I assume it should be 90 or 95. His coupons didn't show up for me for a couple of days though, so it could just be that.

90 is technically when they're supposed to show up. But sometimes it's laggy or glitchy or something and it won't show up for a few days or maybe a few levels, hard to tell what fixes it
