I just bought onslaught spirit forge stone from the black market. They still aren't available in soul hunt, so spirit forged lvl 120 gear is possible.

No it's not, even if we have stones and mats, there is no craft 120 in forge npc =)

it might be a good sign that a stone was made available in black market. Although it's probably just wishful thinking.
I was very surprised to see it there.
