He is very powerfull, because of him, one of the vip 0's on my server can almost beat me and he does beat me sometimes too, all because of barragan.

for a team with no UBP partners, he is fantastic, especially if you run Ashisoji Jizo as poison and burn stack, plus if i'm not mistaken, his exclusive skill isn't terrible in pve either...  although truthfully I"m too lazy to go look, lol

if it's 50%, it's some more depth for him...  better in pve too...  not fantastic, but it does make him much more than garbage there, lol
i had remembered it was better in pve but not great
