Seretei palace rank bug

Ok second time the same problem happen.

First time i thought i make a mistake. But this time i 'm sure of myself.

There two days i take kengou 11th palace rank.
Stay for 24 h and take the reward. No problem.

Forgot to take again the kengou rank at the end of 24 hours. So another player (i will named it ninjagirl ), take the place.
Saw my mistake in the middle of the day and take again the kengou's rank.

I was always kengou this morning at 6h (bleach time).
I don' collect palace kengou's reward and wait until it end.

But after someting like 19-21h (at 09h30 am bleach time) ... I wasn't more kengou of 11th palace. And the player ("ninjagirl") who take the place yesterday was kengou and his timer show 22h of collecting kengou reward.

I think there's a little bug.
