Which team is better for pvp

So I am not sure: to run 2 stunners team with jizo or 1 stuner and a fury generator? (Its looks like urahara is easy counterable with yoruichi, is ittrue?)

if your  having trouble with Yourichi, based on the partners your suggesting here I'm guessing your between level 80 and 90... I'd suggest either a faster Yourichi or Jushiro.  Several event partners do the job nicely, and I'm guessing T1 is out of the question.  A faster Yourichi would stun theirs, and Jushiro just makes your back row immune to stun, and he's better for pve.  so my vote would be Sajin, main, Tosen, Jushiro, Urahara, but that's not even close to what your asked,   hope the beginning helped you anyway

How good is jushiro? It looks like he does a lot of dmg and remove debuffs+avoid stun for supports. Maybe 1-1-3 would be good in that case?

Kisuke will be good for pvp post 100, when he gets his last mod, till that yoru+harribel is the best choice

Jushiro is amazing IMO  good for pve because of the damage,  good for pvp because every round he protects your back row...
Hyorin, yourichi, Harribel, Jushiro, main with 10th, stark...  just sayin...  PVP dream
