sorry for the noob question, but what does t1 mean?

T1 means turn one it is when a char can do there skill on turn one and it requires fury stones u can also use the weapon skill Psychic to help too.

A cheap T1 solution is getting Kisuke Urahara modified so that he starts w/ more fury, then he'll need less fury stones to be T1. That way you just have to make him faster than the rest of your team and he'll provide your team w/ fury for T1..
Unless your enemy is faster than you and got actual T1 through 100% stones via 2 lv 9 and 4 lv 8 Fury stones :')

Anyways, all the answers you'd need were already posted, thought I'd give this information as well though. Rukia works for T1 as well, since she can be modified to start with more "Initial Fury".
