My current formation
Sajin / toshiro (vanguard)
Kido - ishhin - shinigami yoruichi / sexy yoruichi
Retsu unohnaa / shinigami uruhara
Zanpakuto : senbonzakura

I currently have shin grimmjow. shud i upgrade him or save up for someone else. Who do u guys suggest?

I'd recommend either kenpachi or aizen although i will say that aizen would take a hit in speed since you use senbozakura so i'd recommend kenpachi slightly more since he can help out a lot when he's upgraded.
