Bug Relating gold and tickets.

I play in eu S225. My ingame name is Kageoni. I had near 600 golds and I bought a vip gift with like 490 gold cost and got 135 tickets after my purchase. The issue is, I gained 150 reiatsu pills from the pack. I used them and I was almost about to level up my reiatsu. So I used gold cultivate which costs 10 gold or ticket. But after using just ONCE I lost all of my tickets and I currently have 2 golds. That is like 100 tickets and 60 gold gone!
