Best place shinso gin

Does anybody know the best place to get shinso gin.  When I mean best place I mean cheapest or worth it.  Today I saw shinso gin for 12k gold, which to me is an incredible offer.  The bad thing is you only get shinso gin, nothing else, though for that price, he's very well worth it.  

Bleach gift event costs around 17500 gold I think, I could be mistaken though, but there you get some stones and lvl 110 ultimate gear too.  Still a bit too expensive to me.

Thirdly there's anniversary event where you can get stones, hogu and bunch of other things, but here you have to pay full price, 20k, gold which is a lot to me.

Lastly there's reio guardian, where you need 60 tokens.  I don't know how much gold you need to spend here, but knowing my luck, it would be best if I started autowinning from start to make it to 60 at second to last day.  So that would be 14400 gold total.  


So, which out of these is best in terms of cost/usefulness to get shinso gin?

there a recharge event you can get him, otherwise most event u find from for 12k.. otherwise current event his like 8-10k right now

current hes 12k cheapest so far as ive seen him.  I don't think i've seen any cheaper than that.

Discount Frenzy...you can get him down to 50% of 20k... so he will only cost 10k.

Never seen him so low.  The lowest I've seen him is 60%, 12k.
