So a few questions about my formation for PvE

I'm level 89 currently. As it stand I use 3-2 with my main, ikkaku and shin grim with rukia and urahara. They aren't T1ed, but I figure the extra fury during the fights doesnt hurt. I use the 9th skill in fights also with Kazeshini as my zan.
My ideas for improving my damage (which Im not sure of, hence the post)

Replacing grim with tavern kenpachi in half a level
Replacing Rukie with Ukitake currently.
As far as the skill goes, I was thinking of changing it to the 8th one and allowing Ken or Ikkaku to have an extra turn.

Ideas? and thanks in advance!

if your vip, keep grim, pan grim destroys tavern Kenny in raw damage output
if your putting in Kenny, keep rukia, as with her and kieske, Kenny should fury every other round
8th skill does not grant combo rate to others,  only to main
Zabimaru grants more raw damage output in pve than kazeshini, but he will lower your BP as he doesn't grant speed bonus, up your reiatsu to 40 so you can not only get zabi, but you can fully upgrade all of your zans

curious, what does your pvp team look like, cause this is a solid pve team

Buy fury stones from shop, focus on reiatsu in the beginning and then later focus on getting Ukitake

vip 4 and reitsu is 47. Just rough keeping up with heavy cashers atm lol, but good to see myself beating others who have cashed far more in ryoka.

Pvp isn't my strong suit (mainly because I overly invested in chad and upped his evolution too high for me to bring myself to move onto sajin.) So chad for van, main (using destroy the world at level 23), Ikkaku, tavern yoruichi for the speed bond and Urahara for my last spot. REally just try to pump speed and str into my main and hope I go first lol. Def helps I use triple crown champ for pve @.@
