it's the 4th Enemy from the Final opponent.

it says and i quote
"Win and make sure 2 partners survived
Win and make sure atleast 1 female partner survived ( except main)
Reinforcement Byakuya KuchikiDamage dealt by Main Character is no less than 1 of total damage."

Ok first of I've tried with just me and one female partner to make two  though byakuya makes three.
I've tried with a team of 5, then 4, then 3, then two
It is impossible to have your mains attack power be less than 1 of total damage.

IS this a bug to ensure I can't pass the hard stage?
Because i don't want to have to keep doing the easy stage everyday just to evolve my main.

"Reinforcement Byakuya KuchikiDamage dealt by Main Character is no less than 1 of total damage." this means that byakuya has to deal 30% of total dmg. I dont get it either, but thats what it needs.
