yes but it also burns them its like lava or some shit like that since theres different kinds of water he uses

This is a very good example of what his skill *can* do. Kills one target. Burns 2 other targets. Casts chaos on the last 2 targets. :-p

Man I had to take an agility stone off him cause he is too damn fast for my team.  I really need a pure t1 shinso Gin, or hope for a red tavern partner that is like Urahara but faster.
