Unsure about fossilized, but the ability states invincibility, not fossilized specifically, mods are extremely specific in terms of similar mods like that

Well fossilized isn't being invincible, you can still get damaged, else it would say invincibility

Invincibility is what it states, no damage, no cc whatsoever effecting the target, so no, fossilized doesn't count ^^

Nope. Only basic attacks hit fossilized enemies.
