Top Up issue

Hello, i topped up at 12:23 (12:23 am) and now its 15: 26 (3:26 pm) and still didnt got my gold, i already sent 4 email to support and didnt got any answer so far, i used paysafecard in gate2shop
i hope u help me with this issue

you won't get your gold
that's why you better save some screenshots about that top up in detail just in case you didn't get you gold in the following 24 hrs, if that happened you can e-mail the support with prove if u haven't attached pics before

i think that should be enough, like i said i don't think that you won't get your gold, we had an MT today so the server might have some problems so give it 24 hrs
