i once got blacklisted by half a server because of a troll a did .. like a year ago lolz  and i think no because i used to bother many guys by slowly killing their konso lolz xD

tested it with an alt, everytime my alt flirts with my girlfriend, it lowered my exchange title points by 1
each time i flirted with someone else's girlfriend, it increased by 2

well even playing for a whole yr barely gets 15% skill scroll bonus but why have lower when you can have higher
and it is possible to go down to 0 points and get no bonus at all, which means taking 10% longer to level your skill
