I haven't talked to them since last week, and when I see them I'll try to find out. I don't know when that is, all I know is when I last spoke to them, he had it on the list and this thread and was to give it to the devs, I haven't heard from him since.

So..... a lot of people NEVER received the rewards from the first Ultimate BP event, its been like 4 weeks or so, ive wrote like 10 emails to support and i havent even once received a reply that its been looked on and fixed asap, but they got the time to launch new servers and more buggie events. Im vip8 almost so as a paying user I expect at least a reply after so many emails asking nicely whats going on.

Its really annoying that they dont have the time to answer 1 of their customers but expect us to continue spending money in the game.

Anyways i hope they fix it NOW and at least read the emails we send.
