Id recommend Ikkaku over byakuya ....and as for the supporter choice....guess it depends. Kisuke only really serves any real purpose in pvp if you're gonna use him for T1 other than that then yea don't bother with him less you want to use him in pve. Shin Toshiro is only useful in pvp period.
