How do you purchase vitality?

I am Hayashi Rika of S56

I'm not quite sure how to do this, I am very low and need to refill.

Whenever I click the little plus arrow next to it, it states "You used up the chances for today, please upgrade your VIP Level." I am a VIP0.

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but will someone please explain how to get vitality pointsi Rika of server

no its not bug u have to b vip 1+ to purchase vit

you need upgrade your Vip, better vip you have more vitality you can buy, try vip4 for vip and buy 5 time vitality per day

The higher VIP you are the more Vit buys you get, up to 11 for VIP 10.

You have to be a vip1 and above to be able to purchase vitality.

there some way to earn vitality in game, after you've had sex or partied or whatever?  there some other way to get vitality, without waistin the dead prez on non-stock exchg pixels? can your player masterbate?lol.
