he leveled fast bcz of vip4.. I'm vip3.. and twix, I already outspeed him but he has more attack power bcz while I put in everything he focus everything on that guy so he even has like 20k kido defence and 15k physical while I have 15/10...

Keep your team more balanced in terms of damage. If the rest of your formation out damages his formation by far, you will perform a lot better in events and gain more exp and silver in the long run and eventually surpass him.
Also if his guild won the defense in seireitei they get 30% exp from stages. (Which I'm assuming cause of that level gap)
