SWP Ulquiorra overview, his pros and coins

Hi guysI am vip4(not going any higher) and I know that I will get his first form, but not sure is he good for upgrading. My team now is Yoruichi, unohana, main(quincy), tavern byakuya and kamamura. Have kisuke on the bench unril t1. Lvl 99. Started to save comrade contracts for shinso gin and going to get him in place of kisuke. From CSB I want to get shura kenpachi for events, thats mean  no haku.
What are Pros and Coins of SWP ulquiorra.

SWP Ulquiorra has a lot of coins.

ulquiorra is a pro, that's why he has a lot of coins.

It's a very good SWP partner, you wont regret getting him. Strong, burn, recover own fury by 38, etc... the only problem is, he is not that fast.

Yeah but if you play supportbased team where supports have most of the speed swp ulquiorra will work like a dream, just stack full of damage, let supports create havoc in enemy team and then main + ulq double attack all. It works if you can avoid enemy t1, or if you are t1 and one of supports can deny some of enemy's strengths.

Dude. His crit is just.......... and that burn had me like and he is definitely useful soul map.

Looks like I will get him. Yeas, I have zangetsu, so he will have really high dmg +kisuke for t1(later shinso gin for honor shop, but It will take tons of time)

Oh, right. Have a question: His skill says that he ignite 3 random enemy for 3 rounds, does that mean that if there only 3 characters survived in enemy team, all of them will be ignited. And how does that work in hollow soul map, does he ignite enemy in solo fight every time he skill?
