He requires a lot of work tho, he wont be the best assault to have for 25 levels (from 80 to 105)  ...

Well to be honest I'd rather have gone with Tosen, he does require attention aswell but has a lot better growth rates and 50% off enemy damage and speed mods are pretty amazing, in my opinion, if you are able to afford vip 1 I'd prefer getting swp Ulquiorra.
