Formation and Zanpakuto

I was thinking to change my formation to 1-3-1 because i got Zangetsu in last UBP,and we know he is "assaulters' booster.Currently i'm using 2-2-1 with Kisuke-Gin-Main-Shini Yoruichi-Nooitra,i was thinking to change Gin for assaulter who attacks all (saving for CSB Byakuya),and i have 1300 SWP Ulquiorra coupons,but i'm free player so he isn't available.Sould i go for tavern Byakuya or maybe Zaraki or someone third?

im a 1-3-1 user and also a vip player and i wont recommend it to nobody, the assaulters lack alot on speed, u should stick with 1-2-2, its more balanced and u can always run a fast supp that carry ur ass

the trick is to keep it up with stun effects like momo and halibel to occupy the opponent assaulters

I switched from a 1-3-1 formation to a 2-2-1 formation and as much as I wish I could use my Kensei, its just not working due to low speed on my assaulters so PvP is a bust, but PvE isn't bad. I just don't have enough gems to make a separate set of gear

1-2-2 is better IMO, even with Zangetsu.   If you need an all attacker, Braggen is decent.  but in that position, there are options...   Tavern Gin is great, maybe replace with Aizen?  support control > assaulter control IMO.  Jushiro is very handy in pve and pvp (protecting your fury booster while also dealing decent kido damage to enemy vanguard every round).   Another advantage to a 1-2-2 over a 1-3-1 is for events like evil spirit and ryoka, it's easier to pull your vang for an assaulter that uses ghost blades than it is to pull for a supporter to aquire that 0-3-2 ideal for evil spirit, and early ryoka (sub wave 50ish)   for which, yes, Kenny or Ikkaku would be ideal as a third assaulter.  seeing you have Shini Yourichi and unsure if your willing to top up again, or may be able to win someone in that price range or lower...   Zabimaru Renji (S+) is a very good assaulter for pve if you can't afford better,  Dark Rukia may also be a good addition (keep yourichi's fury pumping hard and the bonuses she grants).  Shini Kieske is of course a good choice as that second support.  Shinji Hirrako is good if your still wanting a 1-3-1 and will surely hold you over till you get wings, but IMO, he's not worth it unless he's a free bonus.  in the F2P world...   if your still strongly considering a 1-3-1, some good assaulters to look into adding...   Tosen, Ikkaku, Kenny, Byaukua (if you build him strong) Pan Grim (only if you can upgrade him), Soo Renji is better than horrible, Shin Ulquorria, hell, even Tavern Kensei has his merits.   but from these, tosen will keep your assaulter pains you are already sending out with Gin, so that's something to think of
