Hogyoku Gems please help!

i see some people got lvl 4 pink gems and they give like 1200 atk how do i do it? i always use one click thing and always got lvl 1 green which gives almost nothing? How to do good quality gems? Actually a guide about Hogyoku Gems would be good i didn't see one and if there is such a guide can you link me please? TYVM have fun good luck!

About the quality of the hogyoku gems, it's all luck I believe, I was able to obtain green ones, blue ones, some purple ones and a ultimate (golden) one, just being a free player and clicking every day.
