Should i evo him? Cuz it was bug right? Physical attack? instead of kido, soo what to do? should i still evo him or not and wait for them to fix it/?

Depends, most people do Evo for fury or the possible bonus section

insane crit bonus and his skill dmg is high as hell I alrdy finished his 9th evo now at 116% crit I would say go for it if fix come or not its still worth
