i think its enough but to make sure you get the one you wanted you need minimum of 8.5k vitality

about 36k crystals would be around 9k vit (the amount needed is only by luck since you can get drop rates of like, 1-5 crystals per fight etc.), but 9k is the average for that amount of crystals ^^

as the most recent comment said, UBP was quite recent, expect a different Vit event to come up next time, or none at all in a while, but really UBP should be coming much much later on in the line of events, so you'll have time ^^
