Hrmm...basically you're saying that at from level 80 onward, the leveling rate for low VIP player is less than q level per day? How does higher VIP levels help you on gaining more experiences?

I'd probably start saving Vit around level 100-110. Enjoy the game for a bit rather than being left behind on your server as a low level thus missing out on gold partners that really help you. Besides getting level 100 or 110 shouldn't take that long if you are active in events such as ES and Ryoka, not to mention the insane boost that the recently added experience instances give.

Only Evo the partners you are planning on keeping such as Urahara who should last you forever unless you decide to become a higher VIP and get a true T1.

With premium partners I'm guessing you mean event partners?
I'd get Brenji because he's amazing in PVE and PVP, this guy will do wonders for you as low level.

My 2nd Account is going to be a low vip one, too.

My long term plan is:

Zanpakuto: Hyorinmaru

Support: Kirinji Tenjiro + most likely kisuke.
Assault: Pantera Grimjow -> CSB Kenny, and currently Xmas Ichigo.
VG: should be obvious... Noza Kenny. But I dont think I can get to Kenny with Sado.

From lvl 80 onward, its about 1 lvl lper 2 days, allthough i agree with Brahmestra on the lvling issue, get to 100/110 first, it REALLY helps
Getting left behind with basically no silver income because of your lvl is boring and could make you wuit if you are not VERY patient <3

With B Renji, you can go 1 lvl per day, even 2 - 3 lvls per day at lvl 80, lel.
If you do get B Renji, watch out with superleveling your characters, as you will have a very low BP because you bascally don't have enough time to build your characters to the same extent someone of the same lvl as you has done while spending three or four times the amount of time lvling

An example would be my mate who topped up to get B Renji a while ago, he was lvl 94 last time i checked with a weak komamura that is just as strong an average lvl 78-80 VG and his BP is only around 515k in total...
(Allthough his reiatsu is very much above average, it's lvl 65  and higher than even my lvl 106 accounts reiatsu xD  (62) )So your silver income will be very high with berserk renji, but your other characters will not be as strong as others, for example you dont have enough time in a level to get it fully spiritforged/infused or even forging a full set sometimes(up till lvl 80/90, thats when u get to make equipment xD   )

Skip evolution for the moment, and skip saving vitality. If you start those from lv 68 you will never catch up unless you plan to turn that vip4 to vip9+
Focus on getting your Rei at least to 45 for Hogyoku-kai and get as mentioned above Ikkaku and Urahara from tavern 80. I would start with the vit stucking from lv100 and after

endgame pieces you probably want (low vip to f2p)
PVE:
Tavern: Kieske, ikkaku, kenpachi, jushiro (his new skill he's supposed to get)
Event: Zabimaru Renji, Sexy Yourichi, Isshin, Cute Orihime, Dark Rukia
PVP:
Tavern: Gin, Aizen, Uryu, Tosen, Starrk (if you put your soul into him), Hollow Ichi (if you don't, lol)
Event: Isshin, Shini Kieske (keep a support stunner too tho) Soph Rangiku, Toshiro Hitsugaya, Tenjiro

This is by no means an exhaustive list, and of course these partners are by no means top tier (save tenjiro) but all are very solid partners if you build them.

Zanpactos:
PVE: Zabimaru, Sogyo
PVP: Kazeshini, Hyroinmaru, Sode, Zangestu, Muramasa

pick the zan that best fits the party you choose.

PVE: raw damage is king, work on damage output, combo rate, and crit rate
PVP: Strategy is king, work on speed and disabling your opponents, of course you want to kill them too, but unless your one shoting your opponent, you can beat much stronger opponents with good strategy.

Tavern Kieske is kind of a big deal,  fully mod him and you can T1 him with 6x level 5 fury stones, after that, if he's your fastest partner, you can T1 anyone else with 5x level 4 fury stones and 1x level 5 fury stone.  This is by far the cheapest way to T1 your team,  team him with a fully modded Tavern Rukia, and that alone will T1 everyone but your vang.  Note, use of this trick WILL slow down your team as a whole, and you will loose some of your tactical ability as supports are key in pvp if your not OP and this trick does cut one of your support spots...
