this is basically the same argument as "which is better, shinji or komamura?"

h byakuya is better if put a lot of resources in him, but shura kenny is better with a little bit of resources.  if you put the same resources into kenny as you did into bya, kenny would be an absolute beast.

plus, one is far superior in PVE, which is all that should matter.  PVP is just a bonus part of the game.

If you rely on them, you most likely won't have any chance on top spots in the arena (by a long shot at least)... so I'd say PvE/Shura Kenny is the way to go.

Why shouldn't it be essential after 140?

I mean... with Reiatsu being raised and so on...


That said, I don't think it hurts too much using CSB Kenny in normal Formation and use another Assault to trade places with the VG for PvE.
